One of the many perks of being part of Hani's mentorship programs is that he never fails to see the big picture, always having an insight that is both data & gut-driven, leading you through a path that covers both sustainability and scalability! My conversations with him are always output-driven leading to inevitable growth, and for that, I am forever grateful!

Hani's mentorship was a fundamental pillar to build Startups Without Borders, from idea to business. He not only guided me through the process of building a business model, but also gave me invaluable support and wisdom every time I would doubt myself, get paralyzed by fear of failure, or hesitate about the course of action to take. He was incredibly patient as I developed (and am still developing) a resilient entrepreneurial mindset. I always tell him he has been a guardian angel, since he would be my go-to reference point whenever I would run into the difficult roller coaster that is the entrepreneurial journey. I will never have enough words to thank Hani for this journey.

It is easy to find a mentor who can tell your startup idea is amazing or bad but the real mentor who can tell why and how you can develop more, this is Hani. Hani's input supported me and my co-founders to see Marj3 from different prospectives. Hani never gave us the knowledge but taught us to how to reach by ourselves.

KEY MENTORING ELEMENTS

Mentoring Element #1

FIND BLIND SPOTS

The main purpose behind mentoring is not to get the opinions of mentors.
The role of mentors is to help founders discover blind spots in their startup logic of value.

Mentoring Element #2

THINK OPENLY PRIVATELY

One of the most important features of mentoring is offering founders the ability to think openly but privately with a trustworthy and experienced individual.

Mentoring Element #3

CONSIDER ALTERNATIVES

In many cases, founders get stuck inside a mental box of ideas. Having the opportunity to be introduced to alternatives can make all the difference in discovering and exploring the potential of their startups.
